LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR WP METHOD
Welcome to WP Method. By accessing, purchasing, or using any WP Method digital products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the license terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Definitions
WP Method
Refers to WP Method, the provider of digital products that may be edited, customized, and resold under the terms of this agreement.
Private Label Rights (PLR) Products
Digital products that you may customize, brand, and resell as your own without the right to pass on resale or redistribution rights to your customers.
You may:
- Edit and customize the product
- Rebrand the product as your own
- Sell the product to end-users (PDF format only)
- Use the product in:
- Paid or free courses
- Membership sites
- Physical products
- Bonuses for other products
You may not:
- Pass on resale, PLR, or MRR rights
- Trademark or copyright the product
Master Resell Rights (MRR) Products
Digital products that you may customize, brand, and resell as your own with the right to pass on resale rights to your customers, subject to the conditions stated in this agreement.
You may:
- Edit and customize the product
- Rebrand the product as your own
- Sell the product and pass on resale rights
- Use the product in:
- Paid or free courses
- Membership sites
- Physical products
- Bonuses for other products
You may not:
- Trademark or copyright the product
You / Licensee
Refers to the individual, business entity, or organization that has purchased or otherwise acquired digital products from WP Method.
2. License Grant
Upon purchasing or obtaining WP Method products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, rebrand, and resell the products strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement and the specific license attached to each product.

4. Product-Specific License Terms
License terms may vary from product to product. Always review the product sales page carefully before purchasing.

5. Important Terms for Reselling MRR Bundles
🔴 Minimum Pricing Requirement
You may not resell any WP Method Digital MRR Bundle as-is for a price below $497. This minimum pricing policy exists to maintain market fairness among all resellers. If you cannot comply with this requirement, do not purchase the bundle.
🔴 Product Naming Restrictions
You may not resell any MRR bundle using the original name “WP Method Digital MRR Bundle” or any confusingly similar variation. This name is the intellectual property of WP Method and may not be used in resale.
6. Earnings Disclaimer
WP Method makes no guarantees regarding income, profits, or results. Any earnings or outcomes depend entirely on your own efforts, skills, experience, and market conditions. WP Method is not responsible for any financial gain or loss resulting from the use or resale of our products.
7. Content & Design Quality
While we strive to deliver high-quality content and design, WP Method does not guarantee that all products are error-free or perfectly suited to your needs. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before selling or distributing it.
8. Limitation of Liability
WP Method shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use, resale, or distribution of our products. You assume full responsibility for how the products are used and marketed.
9. Termination
WP Method reserves the right to terminate your license immediately if you violate any part of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use, sale, and distribution of the licensed products without delay.
10. Modification of Terms
WP Method may update or modify these license terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.
